Ingredients
1 Ripe Avocado
If the avocado yields to firm gentle pressure you know it's ripe and ready-to-eat. Ripe avocados may have a darker color but color can vary so it is best to go by feel as well as color. It will feel slightly soft but it will not feel “mushy” to the touch.
2 slices of your favorite bread ( homemade or store bought)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Toast your bread
Wash, cut in half and remove all the flesh of your avocado; place in a small bowl
Mash with a fork to your desired consistently ( I leave it a little chunky)
Top you toast with the mashed avocado
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Add tomatoes, onion, vegan cheese, spinach
