Island Chill Smoothie
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup chopped kale (without stem)
1/2 cup of water
1 lime (juiced)
1 orange (juiced)
Blend until smooth(add more water if needed)
Berry Good Smoothie
2 Bananas (frozen)
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 date
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 tsp of almond butter
1/2 cup almond milk
Blend until smooth
Kick Up & Go Smoothie
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 apple (seeds removed)
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 celery stalk
1 cup spinach
1 inch piece for fresh ginger
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/3 cup water
Blend until smooth
Create your own favorite smoothie-
1 cup of liquid (water or plant based milk)
2 handfuls of fruit
2 handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, bok choy-your chose)
1 small handful of protein (nut butter,raw nuts, plant powder protein)
**Add dates or stevia to sweeten
