Refined Sugar Free & Gluten Free
Perfectly sweetened and a great breakfast bar, pre-workout snack or just a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients:
15oz can Sweet Potato Puree
1/4 c. Date Paste
1/3 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Almond Butter
1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2/3 c. Oat Flour
4 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
optional: 1/4 c. sugar-free vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combined all ingredients excluding chips until well combined.
Line a 8x8 glass dish with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly
Top with chocolate chips and bake for 30 mins or until the center come out dry when knife is inserted
Best stored in the refrigerator
