Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal Bar

Refined Sugar Free & Gluten Free

Perfectly sweetened and a great breakfast bar, pre-workout snack or just a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients:


15oz can Sweet Potato Puree

1/4 c. Date Paste

1/3 c. Maple Syrup

1/2 c. Almond Butter

1 Tbsp. Coconut oil

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

1 tsp. Baking Powder

2/3 c. Oat Flour

4 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

optional: 1/4 c. sugar-free vegan chocolate chips


Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Combined all ingredients excluding chips until well combined.

  • Line a 8x8 glass dish with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly

  • Top with chocolate chips and bake for 30 mins or until the center come out dry when knife is inserted

  • Best stored in the refrigerator
