Vegan Mini Philly Cheese Steak Rolls

These Mini Philly Cheese Steak Rolls are quick, satisfying and easy to make. Combining premade store items with fresh veggies will make lunch simple.


Ingredients:

1 large green pepper sliced

1 medium white or red onion sliced

1 8 oz. cremini mushrooms diced

1 8 oz. chopped seitan

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 beef-less bouillon cube

2 tbsp olive oil

3 or 4 slices of vegan cheese (field roast Chao creamy original)

6 mini vegan rolls


Instructions:

In a pan add olive oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cumin, paprika, garlic and bouillon cube. Saute until onions are translucent then add the seitan and pan fry for 3 mins; Salt and pepper to taste. Add the cheese slices to the top of the mixture and cover until melted. Heat your mini buns, fill and enjoy.


*Add Mayo, lettuce, tomato or hot peppers to your Philly!
